    * Daily leads and a CRM system in place for easy management and follow up
    * Base salary and commission
    * On-site training
    * 40 - 50  select new and used vans on location and 100s available from the manufacturers
    * F&I Department on site for more vehicles delivered!
    * 5 day work week
    * 2 Saturdays per month (9am - 2 pm)
    * Traveling required 1 day a week doing field work, demos, business promotion
