Opportunity and position information: We are seeking a Sales Manager for our Hall Mitsubishi, Chrysler Dodge Jeep & Honda dealerships located in Virginia Beach that will be responsible for managing our sales department.  We are looking for someone who has an ambition to succeed and grow within a fast paced environment.

This position ensures that the dealership meets its new car unit sales quotas and its gross objectives on daily, monthly, and yearly basis.  This role will be responsible for setting the standards and goals of the sales team by working with them putting deals together for the customers and making the sale.

Primary Responsibilities:

    * Responsible for New car sales
    * Follow up with Sales Team on leads and potential customer contacts
    * Administrative duties
    * Promote 100% customer satisfaction
    * Create a sales philosophy based on CSI
    * Implement proper customer handling procedures
    * Lead Sales team to achieve their goals

Required Experience:

    * Proven track record of achieving or over-achieving goals
    * Outstanding communication skills
    * Professional appearance and work ethic
    * Great attitude with a high-energy personality
    * Superior customer service skills
    * Excellent managerial skills
    * Two plus years of automotive sales management experience is required

Required Education:

    * High school diploma or the equivalent
    * College degree in Business or related field preferred
