Opportunity and position information: MileOne, Herb Gordon Nissan in Silver Spring is seeking an experienced Parts Advisor.
This position is the principle contact between the dealership and the Service Department for the sale and delivery of auto parts.  The primary job objective is to provide excellent customer service to service technicians and maximize sales of parts and accessories.

Required Experience:

    * Outstanding communication skills
    * Superior customer service skills
    * Ability to multitask
    * Experience in a dealership parts department or independent shop required
    * Reynolds & Reynolds experience a plus

Required Education:

    * High school diploma or the equivalent
