Hall Automotive is now hiring Sales Associates for several of our dealerships located in Newport News who will be responsible for selling new and pre-owned vehicles. We are looking for someone who has an ambition to succeed and grow within a fast paced environment.
In Newport News we represent Acura, Ford and Hyundai.  Plus we have a ton of pre-owned vehicles you can sell, too!

Primary Responsibilities:

    * Approaches, greets, and offers assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot
    * Assists customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
    * Describes all optional equipment available for customer purchase
    * Offers test drives to all prospects
    * Exhibits high level of commitment to customer satisfaction

Requirements:

    * Outstanding communication skills
    * Professional appearance and work ethic
    * Great attitude with a high-energy personality
    * Superior customer service skills
    * Auto sales experience a distinct plus – but we will train the right person!
    * At least two years of sales experience in a fast paced environment

Required Education:

    * High school diploma or the equivalent
